Hillary picked up a win in the Rhode Island primary even as Illinois Senator Obama won in Vermont. The results of the Ohio and Texas primaries are expected to give a clearer picture on the preferred candidate ahead of the Democratic National Convention in Denver, Colorado on Ausust 25. At stake in Tuesday's primaries are 370 Democratic delegates. In the run up to Tuesday's polls, Hillary had 1276 delegates with her while Obama had 1386 delegates.
