Pakistan prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Monday described Kashmir as a cornerstone of Pakistan’s foreign policy, but called for a need to resolve the dispute “through diplomacy and dialogue” as his country “cannot afford wars in the 21st century’’.
Acknowledging that Pakistan "cannot afford wars" in the 21st century, PM Gilani said the Kashmir issue would have to be resolved through dialogue & diplomacy.
